Why I started Deagyst
I've spent years inside the operations of hundreds of small businesses — through accounting, advisory, reporting, and operational improvement work. The same story kept playing out: great owners losing real revenue to slow follow-up, missed leads, scattered tools, and reviews that never get asked for.
They didn't need more software. They needed a system — one that captured every lead, followed up automatically, turned happy customers into 5-star Google reviews, and gave the owner a clear view of what's working.
That's why I built Deagyst.
